At Crowned & Called Shop, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

● Ordering the wrong size

● Ordering the wrong color

● Change of mind

● Buyer’s remorse

Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

● Your order number

● A description of the issue

● Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom made.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
